In the basic cash management training, aimed at junior employees of a treasury or financial department, we highlight the basic principles of corporate cash management. We handle the purpose of cash management and look at the means and techniques to be able to manage cash effectively. Cash pooling, cash flow forecasting, cash investments and connectivity will be discussed. The basis of Treasury Management Systems is also discussed. In addition, the position of the cash management function within the organization is also discussed. Naturally, attention is paid to the latest trends and developments in the cash management landscape, such as changing regulations and Fintech.
TARGET
After the training you will have a good insight into the possibilities for properly organizing cash management. The training also offers you insight into the possible interfaces with other operations and stakeholders within and outside the organization.
CONTENT
Means and techniques that are discussed are: cash pooling, cash flow forecasting, cash investments, systems and connectivity.
