How does a bank deal with your financing?

DESCRIPTION

Based on a practical case, we go through the financing process together from start to finish. We start with the analysis, discuss the financing policy and the preconditions. We look at the various financing alternatives and make a request for potential financiers. Then we discuss the negotiation tactics, the selection of the financiers and we conclude with the documentation process.

GOAL

After this training you will have a better understanding of the steps and lead time of a financing process. You will become acquainted with the most important substantive aspects of corporate financing, both from the perspective of the company and from the perspective of the banks.

CONTENT

The course covers the financing process, the credit profile of the company, Basel III and the cost of the banks, group financing versus local financing, financing instruments and alternatives, collateral, covenants and documentation.
