YOUNG FINANCIALS
The Young Financials community was founded by Orchard Finance employees. The community was created to bring together people who have just started or have been working in a Finance or Treasury position for a few years now. Why? It is interesting and super fun to share experiences as a Young Financial!
What is the Young Financials Community?
The Young Financials is a community where work experiences, business cases and practical knowledge can be shared while doing fun activities. We can share our professional or personal experiences and challenges.
What does Young Financials offer?

The opportunity to network in an informal way with employees of peer companies. We organize engaging network drinks.

Without paying an entrance fee, you can participate in one training per calendar year offered by Orchard Finance (worth € 225 excl. VAT). Orchard Finance organizes this training program in line with NBA guidelines.

Every year we organize a fun event where we catch up with all Young Financials. This event usually takes place during the summer months at an interesting location. In addition to the summer event, we also organize drinks or other fun activities in the winter, spring and autumn to keep in touch with each other.
Do you recognize yourself in the profile of a Young Financial?

You are currently working in a corporate organization;

You have graduated from a college or University;

You work in a position in the field of Finance or Treasury. For example: Treasury/Financial Analyst, (Assistant/Junior) Treasurer, (Assistant/Junior) Cash Manager or (Assistant/Junior) Controller;

Between 1 and 5 years of relevant work experience (you are between 25 – 32 years);

You are interested in building a network with other Young Financials from other companies.

To become a member of Young Financials we ask an annual contribution of €75,- excl. VAT. We are kicking off this year with a new group of Young Financials, where the group has yet to be partially formed. In the beginning, this community will consist of a small and informal number of members. Ultimately, the community will grow to a maximum of 25 members by the end of the year.
